On August 9, under the leadership of Bob Nash, a group of 5 eager Probus members met at Science World for a 25 km ride to circumnavigate Stanley Park on the seawall.
Some had not ridden for a few years. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and the fresh ocean air was invigorating.
After the ride a pleasant lunch was held, all attending, overlooking False Creek. Discussion was held on many topics and more rides. All agreed more rides was a good idea. A group of 10 is typical for a ride, so we have some space.
We are planning a ride for August 23, join us, at rencan2018@gmail.com!
This was the First Probus Bicycle Ride, and not the last.
