Arrangement of the venue for the monthly meetings is done by the House Committee which also ensures that the name badges are available, tables and coat racks are in place and hot coffee and Tim Bits are available for pre meeting socializing.

The Chair of this committee has also historically provided a centralized corporate office for our Club (currently his home), arranged printing and mailing of the Newsletter to the 20% of members who do not have or do not wish to receive same by email. Currently the Chair also manages the printing and mailing of about 400 annual dues notices and opens the return mail with members’ cheques and survey responses.
